Why is it more socially acceptable for women to be bisexual versus men? Do mind sharing on this topic, I dont believe I’m completely gay because of how I feel about women. I dont think you are an avid promoter for the acceptance of bisexual males. Which is your choice and you’re entitled to that. I would like to know why is that so hard to believe that a male can love men and women and not be lying about that. Also, I could be wrong about you feeling this way but still would like your opinion 🙂
It’s very simple – Men operate within a Hierarchy of dominance from which females are generally excluded. Concepts like respect, honor, and valor all factor highly in the lives of most Men.
Right or wrong, homosexual Men and homosexual behavior is generally considered to be a “lesser” state of being along the scale of dominance in the Hierarchy. So when a Man engages in these behaviors, he steps outside the acceptable ranking system between Men.
Women do not have that. They are more emotional and tactile, and their sexuality is more fluid and open. There is very little of the “shame” Men feel when they trade downward in perceived dominance.
As for your other question, I’ve never said a Man can’t love both Men and women. But it needs to be understood that females are going to look at a situation much differently than a Man. Their feelings don’t turn on and off like a light. So if a Man is going to dabble in both sexes, he needs to keep that in mind.
