Squat down low and slow but not all the way, then come up slowly half way like sitting in a chair. Hold then go back down slow but not all the way. Going down all the way gives you a spring up when you come up so you don’t work all your muscles. Then stand up and repeat. Then do split squats. Then weighted versions
